Salty Sun Oasis Return & Refund Policy

At Salty Sun Oasis, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Please note that swimwear is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for a refund.

For eligible returns, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, lotions, pet hair, stains, or other signs of wear
  • Be returned in the original packaging with SKU label.

For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

How to Initiate a Return

Please contact us at lifeguard@saltysunoasis.com before returning any item.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and a Return Authorization (RMA) number if required.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was received
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item has a manufacturing defect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will work quickly to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for return processing
  • An additional 5–10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or style, please place a new order and return the original item in accordance with our Return policy.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Swimwear
  • Clearance or sale items marked “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards
