All orders are fulfilled through our trusted fulfillment partner and are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days (where available)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at the moment. Please make sure to provide a valid shipping address while placing your beachy order.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Salty Sun Oasis is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist in resolving the issue.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at customersupport@saltysunoasis.com
Cancellation requests will be honored whenever possible prior to processing and fulfillment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If your order has already shipped, you may be eligible for a return in accordance with our Return Policy.
